The campaigns are underway!  Volunteer now!

This election has been dubbed to be the most exiting race yet.  Unless you have been out of the country, you are well saturated with news analysts telling us that this presidential campaign is not going to be the cakewalk some thought it might be.  It is going to be tough and we need your help now.

There are also nearly four dozen local races that the KCDP will support through election day.  Most of that support comes from volunteers:

    •  Walking door to door
    •  Phoning
    •  Food donations
    •  Data ensry and retrieval

These support services save our limited financial resources for direct needs.

•• Phone Bank Training every Monday and Thursday – 6-8pm.  Call to confirm.

Please stop by or phone the office to fill out a volunteer form to let us know what kind of time you have and what you would like to do.  Office hours are 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday.  The office is open from 10am-5pm on Saturday.

The Democratic office is located at 3254 South Westnedge.  You can use the city bus toget to our office.  Bus #1 travels on Westnedge.  The Westnedge bus runs every half hour until 9:30 pm.  The closest bus stop is at the corner of Westnedge and Whites Rd.  – three buildings from the office.

    •  Diversity Festival – Arcadia Festival Site – August 16
    •  Hispanic-American Festival – Kalamazoo County Faiargrounds – Sept 27
