Terri Mellinger and Joe Biden

Terri says:

"He first shook my hand then he noticed my Twp. name tag.  That was when he grabbed my shoulders and said he wished he had known I was there because he would have had me on the stage with him.  I must have given a strange look because he squeezed my shoulders and told me he was serious because he had started out as a councilman.  He then said he has never forgotten how or why he came to be in his current position.  The he gave my shoulders another squeeze and said to stick with it and to do good.   I said I will do my best and he moved on after saying he knew I would.  It was an experience I will never forget.  I was totally awestruck."
